Trade ins, credit and refunds will be given where the product is returned to us undmaged and unused. A small administrative charge may be subtracted from the refund price.

Return postage is at the customers expense.

No liability is accepted for damage incurred during transit. We recommend paying for postage insurance.

We will endeavour to ship all itmes within 24 hours of order. Due to the natural process used not all products will be available. Delays will normally be accompanied by a communication from.

If a product can be delivered as agreed the money may be refunded or left with us as a credit for future purchases.
